| The team of nurses which cover this Practice provide specialist nursing care, support and advice at home. The District Nurses also provide clinics from within the Health Centre for wound dressings, ear syringing, removal of sutures, complex nursing care of HICC, PICC and PEG tubes, continence assessments, review and assessment for equipment etc. | |

Their remit involves the promotion of health and prevention of ill health. Working mainly with families of children under 5 years, their role also extends to the care of the elderly, healthy lifestyle and ante-natal. |
