Appointments:
During the ongoing pandemic, we will be running the practice on a day to day basis, and if you require medical advice you should contact reception by telephone and your call will be directed appropriately. It is important that we stress that the practice is still open and if you require medical advice or attention you can speak on the phone to a doctor or nurse and if required be seen.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time. As the situation develops we will update you accordingly.
‘Covid Passports’
Please do not contact your GP Practice to ask for a Covid vaccination passport or status certificate – they will not be able to provide any standard document. International certification standards have not yet been agreed.
To download or request a copy of your vaccination status, visit: https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine/after-your-vaccine/get-a-record-of-your-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination-status
Before you travel to Scotland you’ll need to make sure you have a record of your vaccination to show on your journey:
- if you have been vaccinated in Scotland, you can get a paper record of vaccination through NHS Inform
- if you have been vaccinated in one of the European countries listed above, this record is accessed through the European Digital COVID certificate
- if you have been vaccinated in the US, this is the CDC card. You must also normally reside in the US and provide proof of your address
You will need to show the record of your vaccination during your journey to Scotland.

Prescription requests:
In order to reduce footfall within the practice and minimise risk of spread we would ask that you update the practice with a preferred pharmacy and we will ensure your prescription is sent there.
Prescription requests cannot be taken by telephone. Please re-order at your pharmacy, using our on-line service or by placing your request in the practice post box at the main door to the Health Centre.
Please note that we ask that you DO NOT order your prescriptions too early as any early requests will not be processed. The local pharmacies and the practice are under huge unprecedented demand and by ordering early it if adding to this. Please note that the practice require 2 working days to process and sign off any prescription requests, prior to sending to community pharmacies, who will also require time for processing and checking of prescriptions prior to your collection.
